00:00I've never seen so many people in line here waiting at Detroit's Metro Airport, the Delta Terminal.

00:07Everyone here is stranded because of the computer glitch. Right? Yeah, that's right.

00:14I'd rather just come out and cancel it, right?

00:16Cops are outside, but look, people are just stranded. No one is getting a ticket.

00:20Everyone is standing here, and no one really knows completely what's going on.

00:25But there's a lot of people. I've never seen it this crowded before.

00:28We can't even get through there, right? Right? That's right.
