00:00I'm here this morning at Mason Middle School in Waterford, and as you can see, there are a whole lot
00:05of parents who are lined up to drop their kids off at school.
00:09The line goes all the way back to the end of the parking lot, but what do you notice? There's
00:14no buses.
00:15Well, that's because Waterford Schools right now is experiencing a severe shortage of bus drivers, and so much so that
00:22they've had to cancel some bus routes.
00:24As you can see, there are no buses here this morning at Mason Middle School.
00:29The routes that are canceled change every day. Parents are being notified, and the district is promising that this inconvenience
00:36is only temporary.
00:37They get what this means for parents, but in the meantime, a lot of parents are upset because their kids
00:42that normally take the bus to school are having to be dropped off, and that means a whole lot of
00:48changing schedules.
