00:46Maharap ang mga ito sa kasong malversation of public funds through falsification of documents at paglabag sa Anti-Graph and Corrupt Practices Act.
00:53Ito'y kaugnay ng umano'y ghost flood control project na nagkakahalaga ng 96.5 million pesos dyan sa may barangay Culaman Jose Abad Santos Davao Occidental.

01:51Habang kabilang naman sa walong opisyal ng DPWH Davao Occidental District Engineering Office,
01:56si na District Engineer Rodrigo Larete, Assistant District Engineer Michael Awa, at iba pang Section Chiefs, Project Engineers, and Inspectors.
02:04Dagdag pa dito ang mga opisyal ng DPWH na respondent sa kaso ay pinatawa na rin ng preventive suspension sa loob ng 6 na buwan.
