00:00Ipinagutos ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na bawasan ng real property tax ng mga independent power producer ngayong taon.

00:07Ito ay para hindi malugi at maiwasan ang madalas na pagkakaantala ng supply ng kuryente.

00:12Sa ilalim ng Executive Order 106, ipinaba ang singil na buwi sa mga pasalidad ng kuryente na nasa ilalim ng BOT scheme at katulad na kontrata.

00:23Kasama rito ang pagkansilan ng lahat ng interest at penalties sa kulang na RPT ng mga IPP.

00:31Mabawasan din ang mga susunod na bayarin kung nakapagbayad na na mas mataas sa tinakdang halaga.

00:38Pinatututukan na ng Pangulo sa DILG at Finance Department ang pagpapatupad ng mga lokal na pamahalaan.
