Becca Kufrin, the 'Bachelor' winner who was jilted after the show, is getting a well-deserved second chance at love.

00:00Becca Kufrin got the ultimate revenge on Tuesday's The Bachelor after the final Rose special.

00:05After being put through the most difficult breakup in Bachelor history,

00:09and then having to watch her former fiancé propose to someone else on live TV,

00:13the 27-year-old from Minnesota was announced as ABC's next Bachelorette.

00:18The reveal came only one night after Bachelor Nation watched Ari Leyendyk Jr.

00:22propose to Becca in Peru, only to call off their engagement one month later in what had to be

00:28the most brutal and hard-to-watch breakup in Bachelor history.

00:31Now, if you missed night two of the two-part live finale, let me catch you up.

00:35First, they made poor Becca and all of us at home watch that breakup scene again.

00:40But then we got to see how the other side played out, where Ari showed up at Lauren's house,

00:45telling her he was 1,000% over his relationship with Becca.

00:49On Tuesday's live show, Becca's pain was clearly still raw,

00:52but she maintained that having it all captured on film helps to bring her closure, saying,

00:57"'Now that I've seen all sides of the story, where his heart lies, I wasn't for him,' she added.

01:02"'I would never want him to feel like he's in a relationship where he's trapped.

01:05If I'm not the one, I'm not the one. So I'm doing okay.'"

01:08Becca then came face to face with Ari for the first time since he broke her heart in that house

01:13and just wouldn't leave. Ari confessed that he regrets proposing to her in the first place.

01:18And ultimately, Becca accepted his apology and forgave him.

01:22But she also stood her ground, telling him that he robbed her of what is supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

01:28Then we got to see Ari and Lauren together, who admitted they didn't watch the previous night's show,

01:33which means Lauren may never know just how brutally Ari broke Becca's heart.

01:37Lauren told host Chris Harrison she's never been more in love with Ari.

01:41So, of course, Ari then proposed to Lauren on live TV, and she said yes.

01:46Meaning that within just a few months' time, Ari is engaged to another girl whom he's only known for several months.

01:52Ah, true love.

01:53But after that, Harrison finally made the announcement that all of Bachelor Nation had been waiting for,

01:59and revealed that the next Bachelorette will be…

02:01Becca.

02:02And in a repeat surprise move from last cycle's announcement of Rachel Lindsay,

02:06five of Becca's future contestants were introduced to her early.

02:09Each one praised her for how she handled Ari.

02:12One with a British accent called him a wanker, and another apologized on behalf of his gender.

02:17And they all agreed she deserved better.
