00:00DAP Youth Today hit back at Berkatan National Secretary General Azmin Ali for claiming that
00:06the party had been rejected by the business and Chinese communities following its loss
00:11at the Sabah polls.
00:13The Wing's Chief Wuka Leong said Azmin should instead look into why his party Bersatu was
00:19also rejected by voters in Sabah.
00:22Azmin, the Bersatu Secretary General, claimed last night that DAP and Pakatan Harapan's
00:27poor electoral outing was a sign that the people wanted to see significant change.
00:34At the election on November 29th, DAP lost all eight seats it contested while Bersatu
00:39was defeated in the 33 seats for which it had vied.
00:44Meanwhile, PN, Bersatu's umbrella coalition, won only one of the 41 seats it contested
00:50while 36 of its candidates lost their deposits.
00:53Wu said Azmin's claims were akin to seeing the speck in another's eye and not the plank
00:59in your own.
01:01He added that DAP met to review its losses and pledged to advance its reform agenda, with
01:07party Secretary General Lok Suh Phuk taking full responsibility for the party's performance,
01:12unlike Bersatu, which conducted no post-mortem and took no follow-up action.
01:16And I'm the Raja, FMT.
