00:00ABNO Supreme Council member Puat Zakashi has hit back at a former MCA leader who earlier

00:06this morning launched a scathing attack on party president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, blaming

00:10him for tarnishing Parisan Nacional's image.

00:14In a Facebook post, Puat said that under Zahid, Vian arrested Tanjung Piai, Melaka and Johor

00:19from the opposition and retained the government in Pahang and Bera.

00:23He said it disproves the claim that Zahid had tarnished Vian's image or is to blame for

00:28MCA winning only two parliamentary seats in Malay majority areas, Puat said MCA only had

00:34itself to blame when it was thrashed in the 14th and 15th general elections.

00:38He said the party had disgraced itself, which was why it should not talk too much.

00:42He said leaders, including former MCA vice president Tlian Kerr, only blamed ABNO for BN's decline

00:49but failed to acknowledge their own shortcomings.

00:51Earlier today, T accused Zahid, who was the BN chairman, of ingratitude following the ABNO

00:57president's remark that some of MCA's leaders wanted to leave the coalition because they

01:02did not receive toys.
