00:00okay another crusties we like the lemon squares and the other bread so today
00:09we're going with the cinnamon swirl this requires two-thirds cup of water one
00:21third cup vegetable oil two eggs and preheat 350 we'll be using a loaf pan let's get that loaf pan out
00:51we'll grease this with butter get our mixing bowl
01:10there's the mix
01:15and here's the cinnamon swirl
01:21what if that's all ready or we gotta see mix that with something
01:31okay mix
01:40two-thirds cup of water
01:54one-third cup of vegetable oil two eggs
02:04we'll get our egg beater whisker out
02:24sure you get the bottom sides
02:39can't waste food today
02:46now we go over to the pan here
02:56and we're only going to pour in half
03:00that's about half
03:07maybe a little more
03:12and then let it settle
03:20till it covers the entire bottom
03:25get all the corners
03:30then we're going to open them up that uh cinnamon package
03:41and have that bag open so
03:45we're just going to sprinkle
03:48say half the bag
03:53in the middle
03:57it's about half
04:01just like this
04:15we'll probably pause it so i can get the rest out of there i'll need two hands for that
04:24but you see what i'm doing

04:30oven is preheated

04:38sprinkle the rest over the top
04:41this would be almost like that coffee cake
04:48turn on our oven light

05:50oh this is uh 18 to 20
05:55for muffin mix
05:578 by 4 inch pan
06:00almost uh 50 to 55 minutes
06:03so from doing this before
06:08we're going to allow the full 50 minutes
06:13because uh the top will definitely still be batter
06:19get out that toothpick
06:22we'll check the very center for any batter
06:27okay
06:29let's just pull it out so you don't burn yourself

06:41lots of batter
06:42that last 10 minutes is really going to make a difference
06:48okay that's the ticket
06:51doesn't feel like batter
06:54the full time is up
06:57we'll do one more check with the toothpick
07:01and then as you let it sit
07:10it'll still cook
07:12but i like to have it a little moist
07:16but these box uh bread mixes
07:20are usually moist
07:22and then maybe take an end off
07:28but i don't think i'll cut the metal till tomorrow
07:30that way you can

07:40i'm a toothpick
07:41so i'll let that sit
