00:16I think it was clear that we didn't find this helpful, we made that clear.
00:20Can you tell us who you raised it with, the OBR raised it with?
00:23With Treasury officials you'll appreciate that we have regular meetings during the process of producing a call card.
00:28And when did you start raising those concerns?
00:32I think certainly during the lead up to the pre-measures forecast when there was speculation.
00:40Some of these misconceptions, as I've described them, were appearing in the press
00:45and we made it clear that they were not helpful and that we weren't in a position, of course, to put them right.
