Kemi Badenoch says that Rachel Reeves should resign as Chancellor, following Richard Hughes's decision to resign as the chair of the Office for Budget Responsibility. Hughes resigned over the accidental early release of the Budget by the organisation, but the Conservative Leader says "Rachel Reeves should be resigning" over Treasury leaks of Budget details.
