00:23this is the Motorola boom 3 Alexa built-in I got this off of eBay for eight
00:35bucks I says well all I needed is for the tunes you know to connect to the this
00:42phone here so so far so good tell you what it has got some charger instructions
01:04the idea here is when you flip this it's on so no on switch and if you hold this
01:17in then I think it answers the calls like I says I'm not using this for the see
01:31what else here a cord now this cord you need one of these if you're gonna let's
01:39plug it in one sec okay so one of the things I noticed that didn't work is this
01:44cord see it's working now and maybe that's why they sold it for cheaper
01:54because it goes off and on yep see it went off there so since it's on I'm just
02:03gonna leave it alone and that should charge it be right back I think it
02:10should turn blue they also give you this while it's charging there and this
02:15little instruction so first it says to charge it you got your choice of the ear
02:27pieces the ear hook I like the just the ear piece itself they call it the ear tip
02:35connect and go so when I open that latch that I showed you before the first thing I heard was
02:49well maybe you can hear it let's uh lift it open and you can I'll put it up to the mic okay let's see
02:59here I believe it's that tone and hello and then I think it pairs it automatically see right here it
03:16says turn on the device turn on your headset follow the voice prompts select boom three but I don't think
03:24I even had to do that uh it might have appeared and then I hit it with my finger fast so I forgot
03:30but uh it pretty much automatically connects when the device and headset connect you'll hear connected
03:38um then it's got to answer a call press the mfb I believe that's the uh the glass button there
03:51the round circular button a reject to call press volume down and to call short press mfb
04:02on boom open that was that flip it open and close it as well change the volume press up or down
04:12yeah it's pretty easy mute or unmute a call press volume down two seconds during the call and that'll mute
04:22it last track press volume down two seconds when headset is in music state next track press volume up two
04:32seconds pause play pairing reset hold it down for five seconds that last button um three-way call
04:45and then you can give it voice commands I guess but now maybe uh one of those features don't work and
04:51that's why it was cheap but I bet you it would work see I don't have uh I have a landline so I don't have
05:00a cell phone I can try that on uh power on blue flashes one second power off red flashes two seconds
05:08pairing red and blue flash alternately on standby blue flashes once every five seconds charging steady red
05:19fully charged steady blue low battery red flashes once every five seconds
05:24okay that's pretty much it I mean there's the safety instructions factory settings
05:35multi-point let's go back to the unit
05:40so you see it's still red here
05:44we'll pause it okay so why you have it plugged in
05:48is why I couldn't hear nothing now let's do it again
05:54I don't know if you can hear that I'm going to try it a couple times
06:10see if you heard it well anyway it does work um then the first thing it'll say is pairing
06:17there's the blue and the red probably what's that low on battery so I'm going to charge it fully
06:30yeah still charging
06:36but I remember this uh lasted longer than two hours and that's all I could get out of the samsung was two hours

06:55this thing see it's wider at one end so you would push that over
07:02smaller at this end this end would go towards your ear
07:05not bad so they gave you three from maybe four but uh the one on there i want to tell you i count three
