00:00Well I've been really really clear that we've got a paper-based system. I can't
00:04rule out human error. There has always been human error all of my lifetime but
00:08there has been a spike in recent years. I've asked Dame Lynn Owens, former
00:13director of the NCA, to look at this issue and to report next spring but in
00:17the meantime I've set up a performance board, put in a digital squad so that we
00:22can start to get the technology into the system and an important unit between our
00:27courts and our police to deal with some of the human error that's occurring.
