00:00We absolutely back David Lammy. He's done, even in the last few days, he's called together prison governors.
00:07He has established a new set of emergency checks on people being released from prison.
00:15And he has brought in one of the most distinguished people in the country to get a grip on the chaos that we inherited.
00:22It's really important that he's able to get on with that work, as well as building new prisons in this country.
00:28He broke ground on a new one in Leicestershire, and we absolutely back him as a cabinet and as a government.
