00:03bad way. We built 14,000 new prison places. Yes we didn't do everything we
00:09would have wanted to do, we had the pandemic that got in the way of some of
00:12the pace of that building but that's no excuse for Labour over two years into
00:16being in power to be doing the scale of the early release that they're doing now.
