00:05earlier uh during the show this morning but you if you were not here uh you want him to obviously

00:12get after the quarterback and uh and he is listen i was surprised with the feedback on on uh where

00:19you rank jackson dart because there are a lot who are impressed by him so um and then you talked

00:26uh obviously about uh that o-line and um you're missing a couple starters there and so um you

00:34got to get low and you got to get brown to step up uh certainly yeah and i want to see and i like i

00:41don't have it every week but it's one of my biggest things you got to be able to run the football and

00:45i want to have that same key every week yeah yeah that's a great key to have what do you think about

00:49stopping the run uh stopping the run they've been pretty good at that you know throughout the season

00:54last couple of games they've given up some uh some rushers should they be disciplined you got

00:59to be disciplined we want to get we got to be gap disciplined especially against jackson dot and his

01:05ability to run but when we see this football team we always say okay if they can run the football if

01:12they can run the football if they can run the football it just opens up so many things and it

01:16makes it easier on drake may um when it comes to him throwing the football the the fact that josh

01:21mcdaniels is a big play action guy he loves the play action but yeah you got to be able to run the

01:27football and i do i do still worry about him health wise and certainly with that pass rush and those

01:34two guys being out um that's like a lingering concern that i have yeah but i subscribe to what

01:40joe burrow said we played audio from joe burrow um earlier in the show where he's like you know last

01:45week we did was that last week yeah we haven't played joe burrow audio today when i hear joe

01:52burrow talk i don't know like i mean we i mean we talked about the uh the win they had thursday

01:57night against the ravens we had a quick riff on it but we didn't hear from him wiki you might have

02:00heard the replay this morning before our show uh and you heard joe burrow maybe that was i heard

02:05the replay this morning where he was talking about you guys played that audio like listen i can't worry

02:10about getting hurt yeah yeah yeah so i i would say the same thing like you know obviously drake may

02:15that's the number one thing but it's football and you know unfortunately if knock on wood that doesn't

02:21happen because that's every team's number one downfall but just as far as between the white

02:27lines i i think the the thing that i look at is you got to be able to run the ball and we always

02:34have ninkle on and he'll tell you got to be able to run the ball especially bad weather games

02:38you know if you're playing in new england you'll get some of those games and you if you can run the

02:44football it just makes the passing game easier so i i want to see how they do that with some of the

02:49injuries out uh at the line when is milton williams back he's what was four weeks for i four games oh

02:56they put him on four games for ir so he's eligible to return i believe it's that jets game following

03:01the ravens game okay so it's four games it's not just the four week period i thought the same thing

03:05even with the bye games bye week doesn't count all right so the bye week doesn't count so that

03:09means he's already missed what they definitely miss him yeah yeah because they've given up some runners

03:15you know rushing the ball they were number one in the league yeah prior to his injury but i feel like

03:20we cannot overstate how unbelievably unprecedented what we're watching is that tonight they are favored

03:28to get their 11th win yeah last year they had three and in a game they tried to lose they won in the

03:34final week of the season the where they sit right now right is atop the nfl yeah if you were to ask

03:41everybody to say who do they expect to see in the afc championship game this year yeah the patriots are

03:47one of those teams oh well now yeah now but going into it it was bill's chiefs it was i mean and it

03:53bill's chiefs baltimore charges baltimore you know there were a lot of everything went well you were

03:59hoping to get to seven to eight wins according to the national pontificators and here you are and you

04:04are two wins away from winning 12 games for the first time ever without number 12 and you have an

04:10opportunity you know that i mean the broncos winning last night in ot kind of stinks but the reality is

04:16is that it is within your grasp to get the bye which changes everything and it looks like the team

04:23that you would most fear six and six has to run the table just to get into the playoffs right and

04:28how come nobody calls the broncos fools gold because i don't think people nationally talk about

04:33them as a real super bowl contender i think that drake may's performance and what they have the

04:38patriots have at quarterback compared to bo nicks there is not the same belief that they could

04:43actually make yeah because and i agree with curtis that's a great point because the way that drake may

04:49is playing they're like oh this can't last forever where bo nicks stinks and so they're like all right

04:57they're winning because of their defense and you know taking advantage of those home games but it's

05:03really about their defense so when they look at the patriots the defense is good but it's not as good as

05:08denver's and the way drake may is playing they're like all right when's the clock gonna strike 12 on

05:14drake may and he's gonna come back down to earth gonna come back down to earth why doesn't sean

05:18payton get talk about coach of the year he should i think because because they were good last year

05:23and yeah and like it's it's the the award is quote unquote coach of the year but it's really just a

05:29which coach took a bad team last year to be really good this year and you know what if the walmart

05:33family that owns the broncos now ran on the sideline and an address we might talk about the new owners

05:37a little bit more and i think because she's right there during that game yesterday did you see her yes

05:43she's literally right there it's crazy and i it's just crazy i don't talk about um the carly ursay

05:50yeah yeah she's yeah i mean hey god god love them but the i know the colts another team gonna be a

05:55new thing like every owner is gonna be right there on the sideline during the game right calling plays

06:00it is it listen curtis i know we uh busted chops about it and it doesn't bother me as much but it is

06:10definitely different to see you know like because they'll go to her and you know and if you don't

06:15know people are like why are they showing this lady on the sideline i know you know it's like that

06:20the coach's wife yeah no it's the owner of the team and she has that little air piece in there like

06:25she's a cia that the coaches are wearing yeah uh it's wild yeah it is definitely interesting to see

06:30yesterday and i know ty said he talked to steph gilmore and you know being an indie they're like

06:36yeah we're kind of used to it now what are they gonna say i mean i they're not gonna say anything

06:41but they i mean they say they love it like i mean yeah i i mean honestly like it's great i i don't i

06:47don't know anything about this person i'm not judging her personally i'm just saying that if

06:50jonathan craft took ownership of the patriots and had a headset on the sideline and was running in a

06:56suit up and down the field we would be mocking him relentlessly we all agree you're probably right

07:02so what are we talking about i'm just saying let's it's apples to apples it's just weird god

07:06lover i mean i wish i owned an nfl team my dad you know got didn't get quite as successful as her

07:11dad you're probably right we'll be like what the hell is jonathan doing man take your ass back up

07:14now imagine if she was out there yesterday in a steelers jersey oh wow that would have been wild

07:19that would have been very much with friends that are steelers fans
