00:00In your view, how much progress has been made in the negotiations in this quest for a deal on Ukraine?
00:09Well, I guess the answer to that is it's all relative.
00:11I mean, we've made more progress than we had a month ago or a week ago.
00:18You know, at least we have a piece of paper that we're able to focus on in terms of Ukraine and the U.S.
00:24We're really trying to deal with some of the thorny issues and where the Ukrainians are and where the U.S. is.
00:30So at least it's a piece of paper.
00:33There's a discussion.
00:34And then there's going to be something to provide to the Russians, although I'm sure they've already seen drafts.
00:40So there is some progress here, narrowing down the problems and narrowing down what we need to negotiate.
00:48But at the end of the day, the Russians are going to get a vote and we're going to have to see if they're ready to talk.
00:54We're going to get a vote and we're going to get a vote and we're going to get a vote.
