Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said any future peace agreements with Ukraine could be “vulnerable” unless questions of Kyiv’s political legitimacy are resolved. Speaking on Europe’s role, sanctions, and the Trump peace plan, Grushko said Europe is blocking negotiations while more EU political forces shift toward “constructive dialogue” with Moscow. He added that Russia is ready to consider “reasonable proposals” within a new Eurasian security framework.
