00:23The fish crackers. Tell us more about your journey.

00:25This was actually conceptualized around 2020 during pandemic time.

00:30So I'm a realtor by profession. I'm a licensed broker.

00:36And during the pandemic, of course, you cannot do face-to-face.

00:40It's also very hard to, you know, sell, do tripping.

00:45And then this one is actually the product of my husband.

00:49And then I just repacked it.

00:51How did you conceptualize with the business of all the businesses out there in the market?

00:56Why did you opt for fish crackers?

00:59Because this is what we really do. This is the business of my husband.

01:03Yeah, so what I did, nag-try lang ako.

01:06It was really a good product, I told my husband.

01:09And then, namigay ako sa neighbors namin.

01:12And then surprisingly, nagustuhan nila.

01:14And then everyone was asking me, saan na bibili?

01:17So sabi ko, sige, let's try to, you know, to sell it.

01:21And thankfully, it did very well.

01:24It was a happy journey, you know.

01:26I had, I enjoy selling it.

01:29And then before, syempre, tinatry pa lang ng mga tao.

01:32Pa-isa-isa lang yung mga orders.

01:34So parang actually, naging sari-sari store yung bahay ko.

01:37Kasi nag-o-order sila.

01:38Pwedeng pabili ng dalawang pack, isang pack, tatlong pack.

01:41So talagang everyday, parang ang daming pumupunta sa bahay namin.

01:46Do you have like resellers?

01:48I do have resellers.

01:49So we also have a wholesale package.

01:53What sets you apart from the other fish crackers out there in the market?

01:57Actually, the product is really good in itself.

01:59So it's just really a matter of telling everyone that we have this in the market.

02:06I think right now, I'm trying to learn doing the social media thing.

02:11So that's one of your strategies.

02:14Do you have any tips or advice for those people na syempre kung gusto rin nila magkaroon ng extra kita,

02:19lalo ni mga mommies dyan, kung sila po ay housewife pero they want passive income?

02:23Be sincere in your product, be honest, be transparent.

02:29Yung hard work talaga, walang makakapalit sa hard work.

02:33So Ms. Dessa, bakit importante yung mag-negosyo ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino?

02:38I believe kailangan maging productive tayo.

02:40Araw-araw meron tayong ginagawa for self-fulfillment

02:44and then of course, you know, for empowerment and financial freedom.

02:48Ang negosyo ay parang paglalayag.

02:53Kailangan mo mag-adjust sa mga alon ng pagbabago.
