00:09Bar and restaurant business is perfect for that.

00:20Actually, this used to be an alfresco dining area.

00:23We used to have eight food stalls,

00:26and then there was a bar in the middle.

00:28But then after the pandemic, things changed.

00:31So we decided to enclose the place

00:35and think of new ideas for this lot.

00:38So that's when we came up with a club or a bar.

00:42And it's actually more of an events place also.

00:46It's nice to see people enjoying.

00:49It's nice to see people get together,

00:51have fun with their family and friends

00:53after the long day of work.

00:55It feels rewarding for them,

00:57and also for me as well.

00:59We don't have anything like this in our area.

01:01So I think it's very first here in Amon, Tinlupa.

01:06We want to bring the experience of BGC and Makati

01:11here in the South.

01:12Since it's a very big space,

01:14you can rent it for your private events.

01:17So we cater not just at night,

01:19we can also cater you in the morning at daytime.

01:23If you have private events like birthdays,

01:25company event, family gathering,

01:29so we can also cater that.

01:31Also, the kakaiba here is,

01:34we mixed the bar and club feel at the same time.

01:38Nag-work ako as real estate seller.

01:41So I'm a seller, I'm a salesperson.

01:44And then after that, kami ng husband ko,

01:46nag-business na kami.

01:48Katulad ng ibang mga negosyo,

01:50there will always be challenges.

01:52But if you like what you are doing,

01:55and if you think you can help other people,

01:58especially kasi when you do business,

02:01it's not that you help yourself.

02:02You help the people that nakukuha mo,

02:05yung mga nagiging emplayado mo.

02:06You help them and their family.

02:08But biggest challenge siguro is

02:13yung maghanap ng tamang tao

02:16para sa specific na negosyo na meron kami.

02:20Yun yung isa sa mga naging challenge namin.

02:24How to please the market?

02:26Kasi parang ang dami-dami nilang gusto.

02:28Pag maganda yung ambience,

02:31isipin nila, mahal.

02:33Pagka naman mura yung binibenta,

02:37mag-isipin nila, pinipid mo, alam mo yun.

02:40It's so hard to please the market.

02:43Siguro one of the biggest impact for me nga

02:45is to be able to share my passion to other people.

02:49And to be able to train other people.

02:53Para sa akin, one of the most important thing

02:56pag magtatayo ka ng negosyo,

02:57kung meron ka ng pangkapital,

03:00you have to know your passion.

03:02Do something na passion mo.

03:05Kasi pag passion mo yan,

03:06kahit hirap na hirap ka na,

03:08pag gusto mo yan, ilalaban mo pa rin yan.

03:11Kahit yung feeling mo,

03:12palugi ka na,

03:14yung feeling mo,

03:15ang hirap kumuha ng kliyente,

03:17if you really like what you're doing,

03:19kung passion mo yan,

03:21ilalaban mo pa rin.

03:22When doing a business,

03:23do something that you like,

03:25your passion,

03:26and something that you love.

03:28And everything else will follow.

03:29Kaya naman,

03:30tara,

03:31negosyo tayo!
