00:37Actually, we've been in the industry for 15 years.

00:412010 po kami nag-start.

00:43So we started with our flagship product,

00:46which is dishwashing liquid.

00:47Then nag-expand po ako sa mga fabric softener,

00:50hand soap,

00:51and later on into perfume.

00:53For you to be able to stay

00:55or to have a longevity in the business industry,

00:59yun ang mahirap.

01:00Doon pumapasok,

01:01how long will you stay afloat in the business?

01:04And you've said you've been in the business for 15 years.

01:07Anong sikreto para napatagal ng ganong katagal yung kumpanya?

01:11Actually, Miss Diane,

01:13marami po kami ng challenges ngayon sa business.

01:16Kasi loaded na ang market ngayon

01:17ng mga dishwashing, fabric softener.

01:20At times, I almost gave up.

01:21But what made me stay and to continue,

01:25kasi I have my employees

01:26who are like my family.

01:29At saka,

01:30yung advocacy ko nga na,

01:32hindi ko pwedeng isuko ito

01:33kasi quality products yung ino-offer ko.

01:37And I can really attest to those

01:39kasi mga clients ko,

01:41they keep coming back.

01:42So if you're gonna sum up your business journey,

01:44ano po ba yung mga unforgettable na lessons

01:46that you would like to share with us?

01:48Unforgettable lessons are,

01:50minsan may mga clients din na,

01:54you know, may mga complaints,

01:56and you have to address those.

01:58Hindi kasi pwedeng palampasin.

02:13na gustong-gusto rin pumasok

02:15sa pagnenegosyo?

02:16You need to have passion

02:17in what you're doing.

02:20nag-ibenta yung kapibahe ng ganito,
