Disney CEO Bob Iger is hinting that not just one, but two more 'Frozen' sequels may be in development. The first 'Frozen' film released in 2023 made $1.2 billion at the global box office. And 'Frozen II', which was released in 2019, earned $1.4 billion.

00:00Disney CEO Bob Iger is hinting that not just one, but two more Frozen sequels may be in development.
00:06While appearing on Good Morning America from the new World of Frozen-themed land at Hong Kong Disneyland,
00:11the studio boss shared this with the GMA anchors.
00:14Well, I'll give you a little surprise there, Michael.
00:17Frozen 3 is in the works, and there might be a Frozen 4 in the works, too.
00:22I don't have much to say about those films right now.
00:25The first Frozen film, released in 2013, made $1.2 billion at the global box office.
00:31And Frozen 2, which was released in 2019, earned $1.4 billion.
00:36While Iger didn't say much about the specific plans for films 3 and 4, he did add this.
00:40But Jen Lee, who created Frozen, the original Frozen and Frozen 2, is hard at work with her team at Disney Animation.
00:47Not one, but actually two stories.

00:51As for World of Frozen, the new land opens at Hong Kong Disneyland on November 20th.
