Jimmy Fallon has apologized to his staff at 'The Tonight Show' following a report that accused the host of creating a "toxic workplace" at the late-night talk show. Fallon and showrunner Chris Miller held a Zoom meeting Thursday to address the report that was published by Rolling Stone, which cited a number of current and former 'Tonight Show' staffers who detailed incidents of Fallon berating employees and giving what one former staffer described as passive-aggressive feedback on their work.

00:26It's embarrassing and I feel so bad. Sorry if I embarrassed you and your family and friends.
00:31I feel so bad I can't even tell you. He also said he never intended to create that type of atmosphere
00:37at The Tonight Show. Fallon went on to say, I want this show to be fun. It should be inclusive for
00:42everybody. NBC declined to comment. The Hollywood Reporter also has asked Fallon's personal reps
00:47for comment. Fallon took over The Tonight Show from Jay Leno in 2014 after five years as the host of
00:52NBC's late night. Like other late night shows, The Tonight Show has been airing reruns since the
