Barack and Michelle Obama's new deal to produce for Netflix has at least one longtime supporter a tad perturbed -- Chris Rock.

00:00Chris Rock, while a huge supporter of Barack and Michelle Obama, is a little concerned

00:03about the former first couple's Netflix deal. According to Rock, who has his own

00:07lucrative deal with the streamer,

00:18The comedian did tell The Hollywood Reporter what his showbiz advice would be for the

00:22power couple, however.

00:23I'd just send them over to Donald Glover, he said. That's what I'd do.

00:26The Obama's multi-year deal, their first big move after leaving the White House in 2017, was

00:31announced in late May, with the pair set to produce a diverse mix of content, including

00:35the potential for scripted series, unscripted series, docuseries, documentaries and features

00:40under their Higher Ground Productions banner. Barack Obama said in a statement,

00:43"...one of the simple joys of our time in public service was getting to meet so many

00:47fascinating people from all walks of life and to help them share their experiences with a

00:51wider audience. That's why Michelle and I are so excited to partner with Netflix. We

00:56hope to cultivate and curate the talented, inspiring, creative voices who are able to

01:04stories with the entire world." The former first lady added in her own statement,
