After pre-taping Wednesday night's ‘Late Night,’ Seth Meyers finally weighed in on the Matt Lauer scandal on his Thursday show and the NBC host didn't hold back. Meanwhile, Stephen Colbert also discussed the situation for a second night.

00:09After pre-taping Wednesday's late night,

00:11Seth Meyers was finally able to weigh in on the Matt Lauer scandal on his Thursday show,

00:15and it's safe to say the NBC host didn't hold back.

00:18Meanwhile, Stephen Colbert also discussed the situation for a second night on CBS's Late Show,

00:23this time taking aim at Geraldo Rivera, who has defended the disgraced former NBC host.

00:28But we kick off with Meyers, who devoted his Closer Look segment to Lauer.

00:32Addressing the question of how NBC could fire its most profitable and powerful figure,

00:36Meyers proceeded to play a clip of Lauer interviewing Bill O'Reilly.

00:40In the clip, Lauer asked the former Fox News host if, despite carrying the network,

00:44whether it's true that evidence was simply given that made it impossible for him to remain at Fox News.

00:50Wow. He was talking to Bill O'Reilly, but he could have just as easily been talking to a mirror.

00:54According to a report, Lauer summoned a female employee to his office where he dropped his pants

01:00and exposed himself. After the employee refused to partake in anything, Lauer allegedly reprimanded her.

01:06The ex-host also allegedly gifted a sex toy to a colleague, detailing how he wanted to use it on her.

01:12And as a general rule, if you're giving someone a dildo at work, you're the dildo at work.

01:17It was also reported that Lauer had a button under his desk, allowing him to lock his door from the inside.

01:23Nobody wants a button under their desk for a non-evil reason, Meyers said.

01:27If someone asks you to install a button under their desk, just nod and then report it to the police.

01:32Meanwhile, over on CBS's The Late Show, Colbert opened with a mock morning show in which a female co-host

01:37announced the departure of two anchors who engage in inappropriate sexual behavior amongst colleagues.

01:42The female anchor read the joke statement from her terminated male counterpart.

01:46I'd like to apologize for my actions. And then he traced the outline of his penis, adding the phrase,

01:52see anything you like toots.

01:54Later, in his opening monologue, Colbert also took some jabs at Fox News correspondent,

01:58Geraldo Rivera, after he defended Lauer on Twitter, explaining that news is a flirty business.

02:04Colbert mockingly responded,

02:05Yes, Matt Lauer wasn't sexually harassing women. It was good old-fashioned courtship.

02:10Sex toy, m'lady? A puddle before your feet? Allow me to lay my penis across it.

02:16Continuing to mock Rivera's defense, Colbert said,

02:18Of course, Geraldo knows that a gentleman exposes himself to her father first.

02:22Sir, I'd like to ask for your daughter's hand in my pants.
