00:00I promise you, if next year doesn't go well and people are citing reasons to get rid of Aaron Glenn,
00:06they're going to count these games.
00:08Does Glenn need these wins more than anything else?
00:10Because you're talking about hanging in there with these better teams.
00:13It's part of that moral victory thing of little incremental wins.
00:17Hey, we're playing better football.
00:18Be proud of that.
00:19In a really lost season.
00:21And a season that's been over ultimately since mid-October.
00:24Yeah, I think he needs to win, Ryan.
00:26And I've heard this idea of this season doesn't really count for Aaron Glenn.
00:29Like, yeah, he's not getting fired.
00:31I've said that since, you know, forever.
00:33But I promise you, if next year doesn't go well and people are citing reasons to get rid of Aaron Glenn,
00:41they're going to count these games.
00:42So if he goes 2-15 this year and let's say they start off, you know, 1-6,
00:48it's going to be, hey, he's 3-21 as the head coach.
00:51Yep.
00:51It's not going to be, oh, well, you know what?
00:53That was, that first year didn't count.
00:55Yeah, it's all evaluation.
00:56They were trying to figure out, they were trying to evaluate the talent.
00:58But they really weren't, we didn't care about the wins.
01:00No one's going to say that.
01:01I do think he needs to win.
01:03I think he needs to win just to reinforce his message and to show these guys,
01:07you know, to make them believe and buy in further.
01:09I think it's tough to have full buy-in if you're losing games.
