00:00Shogun has already broken the record for the most Emmy wins by a show in a single year.
00:05What has all the success of the show meant to you?
00:09It's a lot for me.
00:12We spent a long time to create this show and we had a great teamwork, East meets West,
00:18great collaboration we had, then great reaction from the audience, then now this, so it's
00:28a lot.
00:29What was your reaction when you found out you were getting a season two of the show?
00:33Yeah, because of the great reaction from the audience, we didn't think about that during
00:39the shooting for the season one, but a lot of people saying we want to watch season two
00:46or more and then we start thinking about that.
00:51So we just started prepare, writing, stuffing, yeah.
00:56Have you seen scripts for season two yet?
00:59Any scripts done?
01:00We are discussing but not first draft yet.
01:04Yeah.
01:05And do you know, I know that the show for season one was filmed in Canada because you couldn't
01:09film in Japan, in Japan due to COVID, would season two possibly film in Japan?
01:14We are finding the possibilities, of course.
01:16Yeah.
01:17Yeah.
01:18Not everything, but maybe part of.
01:20And everyone loved Anna's character in season one.
01:24Is there any chance that maybe she'll come back as a ghost, in a flashback in season two,
01:30because everyone would love to see her?
01:31Twins?
01:32Twins?
01:33I don't know.
01:34I have no idea, but you know, only she could do that role.
01:39So no one can do that like that.
01:42I'm so proud of her.
01:43And then hopefully we can work together again, but who knows?
01:50Thank you so much.
01:51Congratulations and good luck this weekend.
