00:30About 400 people are in this hotel
01:00After a full day of rescue mission yesterday
01:07Our team now gearing up for day two of the mission
01:12All together, total, we are a group of 45 people, volunteers
01:16From Sukarela Bonba, from BM and Sungapetani
01:20We have now joined hands
01:22We have about six pickup trucks
01:25Two fire engines and eight boats
01:27And currently, our mission is actually to go to this area called Kongkia
01:33It's about 30 kilometers out of Danok
01:35There's a group of about 100 to 150 people
01:38Who are stranded, who can't come forward
01:41And can't go back and backward
01:42Because the water has risen
01:43Last night, the whole night
01:45There was a big pour of rain in that area
01:48And because of that, that small patch that's slightly higher
01:52Is now currently cut off
01:54Even then, as I'm speaking
01:56I understand the water continues to pour down
01:58And water continues to rise with rain
02:01A lot of rain coming up
02:02Last night, we saw at Hat Nyai area
02:05Today, the water has risen back again
02:08To chest level
02:10And most of the people who didn't move out from the hotel yesterday
02:13Are stranded again
02:14Our hotline is again very hot today
02:18With a lot of people saying that
02:19You know, hey, can you please come and save us today
02:21Currently, we are cut off from Hat Nyai
02:23The two points between Hat Nyai and Danok
02:26One of it is, as I said, Kongkia
02:29It's 30 kilometers out
02:30That area is first cut off
02:33As we speak, we are getting trailers and big trucks
02:37Because normal pickup trucks cannot go through that area
02:39The water level is very high
02:40So we are actually getting big, you know, 10 wheeler vehicles
02:44To actually bring people out
02:46So our mission is to bring the people who are stuck in between there
02:49Out
02:50Some babies are stuck there without enough food
02:52And then our next mission will be actually to cut across the two locations
02:57The second location is called Tung Lung
02:59Tung Lung is another location, about 35 kilometers out from Danok
03:03And that area also is very high in water now
03:07For us to go back again to Hat Nyai
03:09For with trucks now
03:11With a big, huge trucks
03:12For a next 24 hour or 48 hour mission
03:16To bring people out from Hat Nyai
03:18So our mission yesterday was to bring them out from the hotel
03:20Put them into buses
03:21And then they basically, a lot of people left Hat Nyai yesterday
03:24But those people who didn't take that action immediately yesterday
03:28I think they are stuck again
03:29Because the water level has risen last night
03:32Urgent request to all those people at Hat Nyai
03:35In the hotels
03:38The minute water recedes or any help comes
03:41Please, please, please, please get into that help
03:44And come out to Central Hat Nyai
03:47Which is a high area
03:48And stay put there
03:50And leave, leave your hotels
03:53Because it's not safe
03:55Get to the high ground
03:57And we are trying to arrange for big, big trucks
04:01To get you out from there to Danok
04:04That will be our next mission now
04:05For more updates
04:06And those people who need help
04:09United 6 hotline
04:11Please message there with full information
04:14Of the exact location
04:15And the number of people
04:17So that we will try to get ourselves to Hat Nyai
04:20To bring people out
04:21So stay tuned
04:23Stay safe
04:24Thank you
