01:28Sakop ng mga inaproba ang aplikasyon ang iba't ibang lugar sa Pilipinas mula Northern Luzon hanggang Mindanao.

01:35Ang pag-aproba ay sa ilalim ng Expanded Equity Subsidy o EES ng pamahalaan.

01:41Layon nito na tulungan ng mga malilit na operator na makabili ng modern jeepneys.

01:46Pinapayagan ng EES ang LTFRP sa pamamagitan ng Department of Transportation na makipag-partner sa mga privado at pampublikong financial institution.

01:55Tutulong mga ito sa mga operator upang makabili ng modern jeepneys.

02:01Samantala, magsasagawa rin ng Recalibration Program ang Office for Transportation Cooperatives o OTC kung saan palalakasin ang fiscal management ng mga kooperatiba.

02:11Sa ganitong paraan, mababawasan ang pasanin ng mga kooperatiba upang ang kanilang buwanang bayarin ay mapunta sa principal at hindi lamang sa interes.
