00:00The Bond movie No Time to Die becomes the first film to delay its release over the coronavirus outbreak.
00:05Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek shares an emotional update about his cancer diagnosis
00:09and a brand new look at Robert Pattinson in The Batman and his sweet ride.
00:13Hear today's top stories. First, the release of the James Bond film No Time to Die has been pushed back
00:18from April all the way to November due to the coronavirus outbreak.
00:23This makes it the first Hollywood tentpole to shift its global rollout because of the coronavirus outbreak.
00:28The 25th installment in the iconic spy franchise will commence its run on November 12th in the UK,
00:33followed by the U.S. on November 25th.
00:40Why would I betray you?
00:41We all have our secrets. We just didn't get to yours yet.
00:46The final outing of Daniel Craig as 007 had been due to begin rolling out internationally in early April
00:51following a March 31st world premiere in London. It was scheduled to open in North America on April 10th.
00:57Relocating a tentpole and restarting a marketing campaign that was in full swing is a huge task.
01:02But insiders say hundreds of millions of dollars hung in the balance of the ongoing cinema blackout in China
01:08and a downturn in moviegoing in markets where coronavirus is a major issue, including South Korea, Italy, and Japan.
01:16And there's concern that by early April other markets could be impacted.
01:19Next, Alex Trebek is giving us an update on his cancer diagnosis by sending an emotional and inspiring message.
01:26THR's Neha Joy has more.
01:28On Wednesday, the iconic Jeopardy! host shared the one-minute video posted by the show's Twitter account
01:33giving an update to his cancer diagnosis, which he revealed exactly one year ago.
01:37Trebek started off with an incredible reveal, noting he'd beaten the one-year survival rate
01:42for stage 4 pancreatic cancer patients, which is 18 percent.
01:46He then talked about what the last year has been like for him, the ups and quite a few downs,
01:51such as during his chemotherapy.
01:52There were some good days, but a lot of not-so-good days.
01:56In the emotional video, he opens up saying,
01:59there were moments of great pain, moments when certain bodily functions no longer functioned,
02:03and some massive attacks of Great Depression that made me wonder if it was really worth fighting on.
02:08But I brushed that aside quickly because that would have been a massive betrayal.
02:13The betrayal, he said, would have been to his wife and family, his millions of fans who said prayers,
02:18and finally his belief in God.
02:20He closed out by noting the two-year survival rate for his cancer is 7 percent,
02:25but both he and his doctor are confident he will give another update a year from today.
02:30Finally, talk about a sweet ride.
02:31After the Batman director Matt Reeves gave us our first look at Robert Pattinson in the cape and cowl,
02:37he's now revealing the Dark Knight's new set of wheels.
02:39The filmmaker took to Twitter on Wednesday to share several shots of Batman's Batmobile.
02:44Captioning the pics was simply bat and car emojis alongside hashtag the Batman.
02:48Stylistically, the latest on-screen Batmobile is reminiscent of the more stripped-down sports car-like designs
02:53that appeared in the comic books throughout the 70s and 80s,
02:56when the more grandiose visuals were traded in for something that wouldn't have looked
03:00out of place in the real world.
03:01The Batman stars Pattinson as Bruce Wayne, aka Batman,
03:04Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as Riddler, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin.
03:09The cast also includes John Turturro, Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, and Peter Skarsgård.
03:14Warner Bros. is set to open The Batman on June 25, 2021.
