00:08Following her acting debut in the Netflix movie He's All That,
00:11TikTok star Addison Rae has signed a multi-picture film deal with the streaming giant.
00:16As part of the deal, Netflix will work with Rae to develop new films for her to star in.
00:20She will also executive produce any projects she brings to the streamer.
00:24Rae said in a statement,
00:25Getting the opportunity to work with Netflix was such a pinch-me moment,
00:28and now to be able to continue the relationship is beyond my wildest dreams.
00:32I'm thrilled to be able to collaborate with this incredible team
00:35and am excited to develop projects while continuing to strengthen my skills as an actress.
00:39The 20-year-old boasts more than 84 million followers on TikTok
00:42and has since gone on to found a makeup company,
00:45launch a podcast for Spotify, and release a debut single titled Obsessed.
00:52In late August, Rae starred opposite Cobra Kai actor Tanner Buchanan in He's All That,
00:57the gender-swapped remake of the hit 90s film She's All That.
01:00According to Netflix, the movie is hit number one in 78 countries.
