00:00I think with the triple lock we've always stood by our pensioners. We
00:04recognize that under the last Labour government we had the fourth largest
00:07pensioner, highest level of pensioner poverty in Europe and we don't want to
00:10see that repeated. But when it comes to spending money that's taken from
00:14hard-working taxpayers on the benefit system we think that that is the wrong
00:18choice and we think that when it comes to decisions to have a large family that
00:23those that are on benefit should also take the kind of decisions around
00:27whether they can afford it or not just as hard-working taxpayers do.
