00:05You just get round the table and you talk. Now he's in government. Now he has the responsibility.
00:11He is saying that it's not as easy as that. And he is having real problems with the BMA.
00:17That is why we've got a significant problem on our hands.
00:21But I'm afraid to say I think the government are about to make this situation even worse because they're introducing the Employment Rights Bill,
00:28which will take away or lower the threshold at which unions could call on call strikes in organisations and getting rid of minimum service levels,
00:40which is really important in the health service.
00:42You need to ensure that you've got the right number of doctors, nurses, porters, catering teams and so on.
00:49And they're scrapping all of that. So a really difficult, bad situation we're in at the moment is only going to get worse thanks to Labour's own decision making.
