00:00And then you have my beloved New York Jets, and the Jets won yesterday.
00:04They beat the Cleveland Browns, which doesn't really count as a win
00:07outside of Tyrone picking the Jets, which is mind-bogglingly stupid on Friday.
00:12But a win is a win. I don't take that away from you.
00:15So you have all these other quarterbacks throwing for 270, 300 yards, etc.
00:21Did anybody happen to see what Justin Fields did for the New York Jets?
00:26I'm going to tell you what he did, and this is my lot in life.
00:29While other teams in my own division, I didn't even go to the conference.
00:33I just stayed in the division, have competent quarterbacks, right?
00:36Yeah.
00:37Yesterday was a battle of not even arguably the two worst starting quarterbacks
00:42in the entire NFL.
00:44Dylan Gabriel, and I'm sorry, Dylan, you cannot play NFL football.
00:49And the fact that the Cleveland Browns picked him in the third round,
00:53the fact that the Cleveland Browns are still forcing him down Browns fans' throats
00:57because right after that debacle yesterday against the Jets,
01:01Kevin Stefanski came out and said in regards to Dylan Gabriel, quote,
01:05we're going to stick with Dylan.
01:07Why?
01:08Like, what else?
01:09Like, have you seen anything that there's going to be a light at the end of the tunnel?
01:14Well, but I digress for a second.
01:16Justin Fields yesterday, a guy who I've said from day one in the NFL would be a better slot
01:22receiver or tailback, and everybody attacked me.
01:26Yesterday, he was 6'4", 11.
01:29That's how much the New York Jets believe in Justin Fields.
01:35They allowed him to throw 11 total times, and he threw for a whopping 54 yards.
01:44Now, I want you to let that sink in.
01:46Starting quarterback in the NFL threw for 54 yards, and 42 of them came on a screen pass,
01:54a pass that, no joke, I could make, Tyrone could make, because it's snap, turn, pivot,
02:00throw, easy peasy, right?
02:02Yeah.
02:03So, essentially, essentially, the starting quarterback for the New York Jets,
02:08Justin Fields, was 5-for-10 for 12 yards.
02:14And somehow, someway, the New York Jets don't announce who their quarterback's going to be
02:20every week, because they think it gives them a competitive advantage.
02:25Yeah.
02:26They'll prepare for the backup.
02:27Just so they're on.
02:28Fields is not that great.
02:30We'd have to watch any film on him.
02:31As bad as Dylan Gabriel is, Justin Fields is worse.
02:35Justin Fields completed six passes yesterday, and he only threw 11.
02:41That's not confidence in a quarterback.
02:43That's a coach telling everybody, I don't believe in my quarterback.
02:48Now, the Jets got a punt return for a touchdown, a kick return for a touchdown,
02:53and somehow, someway, the Cleveland Browns decided to gift the Jets the victory,
02:58even though they got the ball back, right?
03:00They did.
03:01And had a chance.
03:02And then when the Jets got the ball back, and the Browns used all their timeouts,
03:06and the Jets are not going to snap the ball on third down, what do the Browns do?
03:09Jump off sides.
03:10Jump off sides.
03:11Of course they do.
03:11Game over.
03:12Thanks for coming.
03:13But at some point, we need to do some type of graduate-level educational research project
03:22into the Browns' decision to stick with Dylan Gabriel again for next week's game.
03:31In my lifetime, I don't think there's another example of this that's ever happened.
03:37This is like the AI Atlas.
03:39We've never seen it before.
03:41We've never seen it before.
