05:57And he loves the way this house looks.
05:59And when he comes back, it will look newer and fresher, but it will still be the same

18:10there and right behind the game room was the swimming pool and then behind that was the stairway and the
18:16fire pole and you go down to the underwater bar wow that's a really pretty building it is a pretty
18:20building what was up on the top up there in those windows well as a matter of fact up on the you
18:25know the top floor uh was partly with bunny dormitories uh 25 to 30 bunnies living in bunny dormitories
18:35and on the roof i built a sun deck and they would sun up there and the joke was that the ambassador hotel
18:45was charging more for the rooms on this side than on the other because and my associate publisher
18:51ac spiktorski lived in one of the apartments right across the way and he's the guy that gave me the
18:57plaque that said in latin if you don't swing don't run it was just such a beautiful building i've seen
