01:07After the idea for the workout video came up, the people who are producing the video came up with some trainers to try and train us.
01:13My company makes all of the exercise videos that you see on television and you see in the store, so we've made a lot of videos and I've brought the best team.
01:21Kendall is the fitness director for Crunch.

01:24He's the star of a lot of fitness TV shows, a lot of best-selling videos.
01:26Violet Zaki is from New York, Black Belt, also teaches at Equinox, you know, very strong trainers.
01:31Meeting Kendall and Violet is great because when I looked at them, I'm like, damn, they are serious. They're really serious.
01:37What we were kind of thinking about was doing a workout DVD that had kind of three different sections where we each kind of do our own thing that's a little bit different.
01:45Like what maybe Kendra was thinking about, like hip-hop, more dance related.

01:50Yeah, and then Bridget wanted to do like a boot camp thing and I wanted to develop a series of shorter workouts for super busy people or lazy.

02:10I'm a perfectionist when it comes to like sports and like working out and stuff.

05:41And that's why I go to the batting cages all the time because I really want upper body strength.
05:44But I need a much flatter stomach because I have a gut and I've been really bloated lately.
05:49And I'd like a firmer butt.
05:51And then I have like above my legs like I have that lump of fat like on the top of my thighs
05:56below my butt and I want to get rid of that.
