09:42I've been thinking about a few things, and, like, I talked to my manager, Ted, since, you know, the incident that happened in New York.
10:01I got a panic attack or whatever. It just kind of got him thinking about a few things about maybe I should go see somebody to talk through some things.
10:09So Ted told you that he thought that you should see a therapist, but how do you feel about it? Do you think you should see a therapist? I mean, that's not a decision that someone else can make for you.
10:19At first, when he told me, I was kind of like, you think I'm crazy. Like, crazy people go see people.
10:25It's not just for crazy people.
10:26Right. No, I know.
10:27He didn't really tell me to do it. He was just throwing concern.
10:31I went to therapy for, like, a year after Roman's dad and I separated. I had to. It really, it really heals you.
10:38I don't want a panic attack to happen again.
10:40You can always talk to me and Holly and Laura, and you know that, but talking to somebody that's outside of your situation, looking in, can give you a little bit more advice, because they're not biased against anything, you know?
