Shocking footage has emerged showing Sudanese paramilitary fighters celebrating after a massacre in the city of El-Fasher, Darfur. Humanitarian officials fear more than 2,000 people were killed as Rapid Support Forces (RSF) advanced, imposing sieges and blockades on civilians. The International Criminal Court has launched an investigation into potential war crimes and crimes against humanity. Satellite images show the city surrounded by sand berms, trapping residents and cutting off essential supplies. This brutal assault highlights the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe in Sudan.

00:05He would have videos made while bodies were piling up behind him.
00:08He would go live on social media and say, I have killed 2,000 people, now I have lost count.
00:12The butchard of Al-Fashir in Sudan and the now that person is in handcuffs after an 18-month blockade
00:27when the Rapid Support Forces or RSF took control of Al-Fashir City, a story began in Sudan that shook the entire world.
00:35A story where death was not just a weapon, but had become a show, a live performance.
00:41Hello, I am Asif Iqbal and you are watching One India.
00:45Amid the ongoing civil war in Sudan, one face has become famous worldwide.
00:50Long curly hair, a bearded face and a cold smile in front of the camera.
00:54This is Abu Lulu.
00:56Real-name Brigadier General Al-Fateh Abdullah Idris, Lulu had become the notorious face of the RSF,
01:02a militia that has been fighting Sudan's army, the SAF, for the past one and a half years.
01:07But last Thursday, when the RSF released his handcuffed picture, the whole of Sudan was stunned.
01:13On October 26th, the RSF took control of the city of Al-Fashir.
01:17The city was under siege for 18 months and then when the army retreated, the massacre began.
01:22According to the Sudan Doctors Network, at least 1,500 civilians have lost their life so far.
01:26Videos have emerged.
01:27It is a top-tonsan peat.
01:29Abu Lulu was seen fearlessly killing innocent people.
01:31In one footage, he asked the restaurant owner about his ethnicity.
01:35When the owner replied, I am from the Burkitt Drive.
01:37But it's kurdi chati.
01:38It's the booktia saati khayad, which is not Arab.
01:40You see, busk on su asim datin.
01:41Abu Lulu shot him.
01:42The man's pleas for mercy were also ineffective in front of him.
01:44I beg you, I beg you.
01:46Please, please.
01:47Abu Lulu did not just kill.
01:49He filmed them on camera.
01:52Many times he would go live on TikTok and say, I have killed 2,000 people.
01:58I have now lost count.
02:00Some people call him a hero.
02:01Some advise him to stop.
02:03But he becomes even more aggressive in front of the camera.
02:05Doctors believe that Abu Lulu is a narcissistic psychopath who sees murder as a spectacle.
02:10He fires bullets without reason.
02:11He enjoys the sin of killing people.
02:13As criticism increased worldwide, the sab-pe-pu-ada-as-sabte-sabke-sabte-pishins at the RSF immediately issued a statement that Abu Lulu is not formally part of their organization.
02:23A senior official said that he was the leader of the coalition force fighting with us, not a member of the RSF, but he will be held accountable for his crimes.
02:31RSF spokesperson Al-Fateh Al-Qureshi and Commander Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo have both promised to investigate the crimes.
02:38But human rights organizations do not trust this distancing strategy.
02:43They say the RSF repeatedly distances itself from the same criminals to protect its image.
02:48Now that videos of the Al-Fashir massacre have surfaced, there is a demand for the United Nations and the International Criminal Court to investigate Abu Lulu's crimes.
02:56Human rights activists say these videos are clear evidence themselves.
03:00This is a war crime, but justice still seems distant to the victims' families.
03:04Today, the battle in Sudan continues.
03:05And the smiling picture of Abu Lulu holding a rifle has become a symbol of the country's devastation.
03:10He is not just a killer.
03:11He is the face of the violence that has bloodied all of Sudan in the name of power, caste, and hatred.
03:17Let me tell you that the roots of the RSF go back to the Darfur War in the 2000 decade when the Sudanese government formed an Arab militia called Janjavid.
03:25They were accused of genocide, rape, and ethnic cleansing.
03:28In 2013, President Omar al-Bashir reorganized these Janjavid under the name RSF and handed command to Hemedti.
03:35Later, the RSF gained immense economic power from gold mines and foreign contracts.
03:39And now, when a power struggle erupted between the army and RSF in 2023, this very power plunged Sudan into civil war.
03:45This killer, who once went live on TikTok, is now in handcuffs.
03:48But the question remains, will Sudan's wounds heal?
03:52Or will the butcher of Al-Fashir become a name that reminds every future generation that when humans forget their humanity,
03:58death becomes a spectacle even in front of the camera?
04:00That's all for now.
04:01Keep watching OneIndia.
