"Pop A Shot" Removal to make a Difference within the Dolphins?

The Tanner Conner era has come to an end as he was waived. The Dolphins have removed the "Pop A Shot" game from the locker room, is removing the ping pong table plus other table games a way to inspire the team to play better? Will this make any difference?!

01:45Lamar Jackson was going to play and they were playing the Dolphins.
