00:31that's what you want he goes there's something about something that we have to air beforehand i
00:36don't know i don't make the rules dude i'm good doing it whenever all right to uh he was asked
00:43about uh his statements earlier in the year about uh you know the the tumultuous times about the
00:50meetings and how his leadership has been uh affected by all this and uh this is what he had to say
00:57i was asked the question um to in a production meeting about what was the biggest challenge for
01:05me this year that i thought whether it was playing whether it's on the field or off the field and i
01:10think the biggest one for me was off the field with um the game after the chargers uh because of
01:17what i said given my leadership role on the team sharing things with the guys telling guys you know
01:24what the expectations are and then our rule number one for the team is to protect the team
01:29and then i go out and say what i say in the media regardless of what my intent was um you know that
01:37none of that should have been shared none of that should have been said and i think that helped with
01:41my leadership although i wish i could have you know not have said any of that or i could have taken
01:47it back but it's out there i said it i owned up to the to to it with the leaders with with the team
01:54and then with the team as well and uh i would say that was just the biggest one uh when it came to
02:01regrets this year um because of the relationships i've created with a lot of these guys and um you know
02:08football is one thing but then you know i i look at the relationships uh to become more important than
02:15than anything we can do on the field so um yeah i i appreciate that question but yeah that's i i would
02:22say uh for myself that that's what i've i've learned um and i i i've grown from so yep deep thoughts with
02:32two see that see i'm taking ownership of it yeah yeah try it what do you mean

05:44because you're lashing out on hand doesn't mean you have the right to lash out on me right now okay

06:28like like if anybody's paying attention if your sales you got one job know your talent
06:38that's not hard because you got to know what you're selling is that an accurate assessment right
06:45and then don't come up to me and big boy me and try to like show you know your your people you're
06:51you're you know oh i know so and so and you come over here introduce me playing for the wrong team
06:59wow that hurt that that kind of hurt like because i've been here so i'm what it should hurt you the
07:05person been here for what a couple years and i've been here for damn near 20 yep like you should
07:12don't worry i call them out plenty of times it's okay it's okay it hurts the damage is done
