00:00Bradford City manager Graeme Alexander said that he was not concerned
00:04and his side bowed out of the FA Cup against Cheltenham Town
00:08because the Bantams' performance level was good enough.
00:13Yeah, as I said, right after the game really,
00:18I thought the performance levels were right up there.
00:21Obviously disappointed with the goal that put us on the back foot,
00:25but the performance from that point was everything we wanted,
00:28apart from the finishing, you know, the end product
00:30and scoring from the numerous opportunities we had.
00:34So, and then on Monday, we just cracked on my work
00:39about building up towards the weekend.
00:41I think there's no point in dragging it around.
00:44We're out of the Cup, which we're disappointed with,
00:46but we've slowly fed back over the last two or three days.
00:52The sort of data, the shots, the crosses, the final third entries,
00:58all that sort of thing, which some of the heists for five years,
01:01sometimes it's just not your day and you can't burst the door down.
01:04But it wasn't through lack of trying, lack of effort.
01:07Every player put their lot into it, but we just couldn't,
01:10yeah, just couldn't find that finishing touch.
01:13And Bradford City goalkeeper Sam Walker made clear
01:17that the Bantams will look to be more clinical
01:19after they missed several chances in the loss against Cheltenham.
01:23Yeah, disappointing, disappointing to exit the competition.
01:26Obviously lost the game.
01:29Everything's been said on their goal.
01:31I think that there's nothing more needs to be said on that.
01:34But after that moment, I thought we were really good
01:37for 85, 90 minutes, created lots of opportunities.
01:42And on a different day, we scored two, three, maybe four goals
01:45and win the tie.
01:47That wasn't to be.
01:48We've spoken about that, looking at being more clinical
01:50when we can.
01:52So, yeah, as I say, disappointed to exit.
01:54But on reflection, performance-wise, after that first goal,
01:58I thought there were lots of positives.
02:00You're a very level group.
02:02How would you reflect on this current run of form?
02:05Are you looking at it too forensically
02:06or is it just small details?
02:07No, I think it's just the small details.
02:09I think it's remembering and reminding sometimes
02:12that we're in a very good spot.
