00:08many of them foreign criminals, many of them sex offenders.

00:16but the scale at which it is happening is causing real worry.
00:20And what we saw yesterday with David Lammy unable to answer very simple questions
00:24was an embarrassment.
00:26He's going to have certainly a lot more questions to answer
00:29once Parliament is back sitting on Tuesday.
