00:12In the municipality of Tercer Frente, located in the Sierra Maestra mountain range,

00:17the head of state inspected the rehabilitation work on roads, housing and basic services

00:23accompanied by national and local authorities.

00:26The itinerary concluded a visit to the Coffee Experimental Center where Hurricane Melissa

00:32caused damage to almost 90% of its infrastructure and affected coffee plantations and other crops.

00:40He also visited the Mario Munoz Monroy Educational Center, which suffered severe structural damage

00:46mainly to roofs and carpentry.

00:48Plans established by the Cuban executive estimate that the area will be ready before December
