00:00Jets fans, you cannot be upset with what Darren Mugee and Aaron Glenn is doing this trade deadline.
00:07First, they shipped Sauce to Indy for two first-round picks in A.D. Mitchell.
00:13Now, Quinnen Williams goes for a second round, a first round, and another player.
00:19What this tells me is that they've put the entire locker room on notice,
00:24that if you're not down with this regime, you're getting up out of here.
00:28And you can say, like, oh, well, these are two of our best players.
00:32These are two of your highest-paid players that you're not getting any sort of production from this year.
00:39The juice has not been worth the squeeze when it comes to these two.
00:43Both of these guys are going on to possible playoff contenders,
00:48more of a stable franchise than what the Jets are right now.
00:52But Aaron Glenn and Darren Mugee is saying by trading away two of the better pieces
00:58or two of the higher-paid pieces, that we're doing this thing my way or you're hitting the highway.
01:06Now, will this translate to wins in the future?
01:08We'll see.
01:09But if you see how they've stockpiled an arsenal of first-round and second-round draft picks,
01:15then they've given themselves the flexibility to do more next offseason
01:20than any coach or GM in Jets history.
01:25And I can tell you that Woody is definitely behind these decisions.
01:29But I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.
