SHALON, 28 and David, 74, may have a 46 year age gap, but that hasn't stopped them from falling in love. The pair met in Orlando and hit it off. Shalon told Love Don't Judge, "He's the only older man I've ever dated. I heard that older men were more mature, I just thought I'd give it a go!" Doting David loves to treat his woman, explaining, "I told her, you spoil me, you get what you want." Speaking about the reactions they get when out in public, Shalon admitted, "We do get side looks or people staring. When you look at us, you don't know our dynamic. Like, oh, that looks like her dad or her grandpa." In this episode of Love Don't Judge, Shalon will be revealing David's age to her bestie, Greg. Stunned, he confessed, "I thought he was 49, 50."

00:07The first thing they think is she's with me for the money. I tell him he's gonna

00:12go to the nursing home and I'm not gonna take care of him. So my best guy friend

00:17Greg, he's coming over today and I'm gonna reveal to him David's age. I am so

00:24nervous. So you said that you think that he's 49. Okay let's add 30 to that. Some

00:38of the favorite gifts that David has given me are like shoes, bags, but my

00:44favorite is my yellow eye bag. David does fool me. I get the majority of the things

00:51that I asked for. Like my Speedy. I love a cute little Tory birch bag. Boots he

00:58bought me and they were like almost $500 boots. My jewelry case. Yeah that's her

01:03favorite. She loves that. She loves to shop. Just about everything she asked for,

01:08she will get it. I told her you spoil me, you get what you want. He's paid my car

01:13off in full. He's paid my entire college. Pays for this beautiful place for us to

01:18live. And he pays for my son to go to school. How much money have you spent on

01:23Charlotte since you first met? Oh I can't give you an answer. I'm not gonna answer that.

01:33We met here in Orlando, Florida. I was on vacation with my son and I ran into David.

01:40I'm retired so I work part-time driving the buses and I saw her and she looks so cute I

01:46just had to say something to her. He asked me for my number. He asked if I had

01:50a pen and paper. And so I asked him, do you don't have a phone? I got his number and

01:55we just started talking and we hung out for the rest of the weekend. He convinced

01:58me to move to sunny Florida and we've been together ever since. He's the only

02:02oldest man I've ever dated. I heard that older men were like more mature. I just

02:08thought I'd give it a try. I didn't know his age at first so it didn't ever bother me. I

02:12just thought maybe we can just grow a friendship and see where it goes. So babe,

02:17my friend Greg, he's literally on his way. I'm really so worried about letting him

02:23know about your age today. When she told me about her dating David, I knew he was a

02:29little bit older. When she decided to move to Orlando with David, I was kind of

02:34like, are you ready to move to Orlando with David? I've never wanted a woman older

02:39than me and most of the women were younger but she's a lot younger. He's told me

02:46that the women his age are boring. Yeah, they're boring. And they like to stay in the

02:52house. I don't have the kind of energy that I have. For my age, I have a lot. Yeah. I

02:56have more energy than she does. Well, I really wanted to, you know, introduce the

03:02fact that, you know, you know that we are obviously not of the same age group but how

03:07old do you think David is? 49, 50? Yeah. That's right. That's right. That's it.

03:40like side looks or people were staring. Because when you look at us, you don't know our dynamic,

03:46of course. Like, oh, that looks like her dad or her grandpa. But then when you see us kissing,

03:51they're like, oh, wait, why are they doing that? So you said that you think that he's 49.

04:58women get jealous because they feel like I should be with them.

05:02The men go, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, the guys, the guys are different.

05:08The guys be like, you go, man, lucky you.

05:12Older women, and I'm not saying this to pet myself, but they think I'm a very handsome man.

05:19Women will deliberately speak to him and ignore me, I guess, because they think he's out at the mall with his daughter.

05:27Sometimes it makes me feel, am I doing, you know, the right thing?

05:31I feel like they might think that I'm, you know, just here for his money.

05:35I would like to tell the people that think that I'm a gold digger that he would be the gold digger because I'm the gold.

05:41I'm not a gold digger.

05:43I don't have those type of intuitions.

05:46I really like him for who he is and not for what he gives and what he has.

05:50My friends, you know, they'll say, oh, she's going to take you for this.

05:53She's going to take you for that.

05:55Or what would you do if, you know, she wanted to be with someone younger?

06:01And I just tell them, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it, if it happens.

06:04But right now, things are fine with us and we're good.

06:07This is what I told my son.

06:09I said, if I die, put me in the casket like this.

06:14And he said, why, Dad?

06:15I said, so when everybody walks by me, they can fist bump me and say, that man had fun.

06:20I see so many guys my age and they're miserable.

06:24I'm still a young kid.

06:26Okay, now, since you know my age, what do you think about our relationship now?

06:31Yeah, there's a change.

06:50But I tell him, like, you know, he's going to go to the nursing home and I'm not going

06:55to take care of him.

06:56I'm going to go out and still party and have fun and travel.

07:00But those are all jokes.

07:02I told him, you know, I told him, you know, if he ever falls ill or anything happens, I

07:07will be here to take care of him because that's what partners are for.

07:11And I would expect the same from him if anything happened to me.

07:17You could go before me or you could get ill before me.

07:20Yeah, I feel like whenever you meet somebody in your life, they're there for a reason.

07:24You know, everybody has certain seasons with everybody.

07:27And I just feel as though like we're here for a reason to help each other.

07:31I'm not a gold digger.

07:32I'm a goal digger.

07:35She has goals and like.

07:36And when I met her, I told her, I said, I will help you.

07:40She's not like this.

07:42Our relationship is like this.

07:45And it makes it very interesting.

07:47And I think she's sexy as hell.
