00:00Leeds United were well beaten away at Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League by three goals to nil with head coach Daniel Farker admitting that Brighton were the better team.
00:10Yes, we don't have to overanalyse this game. They were the better side today and deserve to win this game. And for that, you have to say congratulations.
00:18Overall, it was a pretty mixed game. And, you know, when you look at the statistics, it was more or less 50-50 per session, even seven to four corners for us.
00:27But you have to be honest. So out of their parts of possession and their corners and free kicks, they were made more creating and more clinical than us.
00:37And for that, they showed more quality in front of the opponent's goal today. And yeah, for that, they deserve to win this game.
00:43Was a key period those first 15 minutes or so when they started well? Maybe Leeds didn't start as well and they got the goal as well?
00:49Yes, I think there were a few key periods in this game. First, the first 10-15 minutes didn't start brave and confident enough.
00:56They were hanging a little bit on the ropes and in this period, they scored also the goal.
01:01It's always Brighton's society who always wants to invite and wait till the opponent opens.
01:07And if you're then one mile down in the away game here, it's of course difficult because you have to go a bit more for it.
01:13And Bradford City are out of the FA Cup as they were defeated by one goal to nil away at Cheltenham Town in the competition.
01:21With assistant manager Chris Lucchetti reacting.
01:23Yeah, disappointed to be at the Cup, obviously. Yeah, disappointed.
01:28But performance-wise, we've done well and we've created enough chances to win two or three games.
01:33So we look back and think, you know, we needed that little bit of quality in the box.
01:38Because creating 28 chances away from home, you should be winning again.
01:41Does that sometimes make it more for a threat when you know you've done enough to win multiple games of football?
01:45Yeah, he does. He does. But, you know, we have to look at that and give a little bit of credit to them.
01:52They defended well when they had to do and the keeper played well when he had to do.
01:56We'll look with the players that we've got on the pitch there that I think ultimately will look back and think we should have done better in two or three occasions, you know, two or three occasions, certainly.
02:04So there's plenty of positives to tear from that, isn't there, knowing that we can create those chances?
02:07Like 28 chances away from home is pretty good going.
02:09Yeah, we'll look back and we'll dissect the game and we'll always look at the positives, which we always do.
