00:00Leeds United head coach Daniel Farger has maintained that his side are relaxed, heading into their next fixture against West Ham, despite some concerns over the lack of points.
00:11No added pressure, so on this level, each of the games has pressure, and so far we've always spoken about a huge game.
00:20Everton, first game day, Wolves, Burnley, right now a huge game, so each of the games is huge.
00:26So for that, we are quite focused, quite relaxed, but we're looking forward to have this game, because this is why we have worked our socks off in the last 24 months to have this evening.
00:37Friday night, evening, floodlights are on, full packed, island road, it can't be better.
00:42So it's why we play this game and why we work so hard, we want to have this game.
00:46And yes, of course, we want also to reward ourselves with some points, but the first step is always to respect the opponent,
00:55to make sure that we go well prepared into the game, then to execute our game plan in a proper way to show really good, really good performance,
01:03and then also to make sure that we're clinical enough in both boxes in order to give ourselves a chance to win as many points as possible.
01:11And this is also the same approach for this game.
01:13And Bradford City manager Graeme Alexander has made clear that his players are always looking to win,
01:20whether that be in training sessions or in matches in League One.
01:25I think our daily work, we're always, how do we get better? How do we win?
01:30You know, everything's about how do we win?
01:32You know, so even today in training, you know, we're talking about aspects that we're making sure we correct from last week,
01:40but it's all with the purpose of winning today in training.
01:43Because I think it's a good feeling for the players to win, you know, in training.
01:46For anybody, if you look, small wins along the way, training, small-sided games, pool up there, darts, whatever it is, you know, in the gym.
01:55I think it all adds to it because it's a good feeling.
01:59There's not many people in the world that are grumpy after a win or don't feel good about themselves and about the people around them.
02:05So we try to have that feeling as often as possible because I think then people actually go, no, I quite like this.
02:13It feels good.
