00:00Yeah, I just want to continue to encourage.

00:05We have really talented players and guys who have an opportunity each week to do really good things.

00:12So I'm just going to continue to do my job of encouraging everybody around me.

00:17Try to hold a standard to myself each and every day that hopefully I can try to raise the bar for everybody else.

00:25And we're close.

00:30I mean, when you look at this season, and I know that you can say this for a lot of teams,

00:35but we're really close to having this season kind of flip in a different direction.

00:44I think it's just going to take all of us collectively to try to find a way to just win one game at a time.

00:51And we know what that feeling feels like.

00:53And we're going to have to be able to respond and do the same thing next week.

00:56And I think that'll help us try to get on a roll.

01:01But we're going to have some more guys get healthy, and that'll help in these coming weeks.

01:07And as leaders, we just got to stay together and try to just raise the bar for everybody around us.

01:13And for us as well, we've got to play better, too.
