00:08collectible figurine apparently this is also series two i had no idea there was a series one
00:19i found these at walmart hold on i found these at walmart.ca couldn't find these actually in the
00:25stores but i found them on their site there's a small parts warning choking hazard for kids of
00:29course under three years of age that i read that right choking hazard small parts not for children
00:33under three years of age i do actually like the presentation of these as they look like old
00:38vintage tvs if we spin to the side you can see it has two surprises inside two surprises inside
00:44with a total of 10 to collect i hope though in my travels i at least come across a demogorgon
00:50again you've got of course the remaining cast and characters uh yeah pretty cool i mean these are i
00:56trying to remember in fact how much they were actually worth they were selling probably like
00:59three four maybe feel even they're closer to five and it also thinks i think it comes from the
01:05folks at you me is that you me or is that yo me and they're just choosing to have a smiley face
01:11represent the o i feel like that's you me you can let me know down below but again we're going to go
01:17ahead and open these up i don't know if necessarily i do maybe i do i'll grab the cutchins just on the
01:21just on the ready just in case yeah there is a bit of tape we'll certainly cut we'll get rid of
01:25that cut that right away and then we'll have access to the flap opening up the flap again it's supposed
01:30to have two surprises inside generally though when you get blind boxes and blind bags like this it's
01:34only usually one item shaking shaking doesn't really tell me necessarily how many there are going
01:39to be inside that's why we're of course going to have to open this up opening it up though we have
01:44one bag one bag and we also have ourselves the pamphlet let's examine first the pamphlet
01:49and there are four characters oh and another six on the back vecna is also there featured um one of
01:56the few times actually we've gotten ourselves a demogorgon where the petal flower flaps are folded in
02:01of course we got lucas we got all all the characters all the characters it's actually been a while since
02:06we've had stranger things even now stranger things the newest season and last season will finally be
02:10making its way onto netflix are you excited for that or do you feel like that like netflix or
02:15stranger things have sort of already set sail and nobody really cares about the franchise i will
02:20admit though there has been quite a considerable gap from the last season to the new season i'm not as
02:25interested but i will still check it out of course let's put it off to the sides actually all rather
02:30interesting too that they don't list the name of the characters so i'm going to do my best to try to
02:34remember them obviously i remember 11 i remember lucas and uh who's the other ones i don't know we'll
02:39kind of work on it together so you got a little more skinnier of a bag which i'm guessing would
02:43probably be the accessory and then we have the figure where the accessory goes to them right
02:47i'm assuming that that's how that works so i'm going to open the larger bag first with that idea
02:53in mind and then we'll open then the smaller bag thinking it's probably the accessories for
02:57this one feels these tests though tells me it feels like it might be a slingshot i don't know
03:03let's open a little of the bag and we'll kind of get underway here the first bag that we have
03:08reveals to us oh vecna very cool it's all done here though in a translucent red plastic i would
03:15imagine that's probably a chase figure because then there's this vecna that seems like it's fully
03:20painted do i have a chase do i have a variant do i have any clue you can let me know let me know
03:26down below in the comments at least for when it comes to me having a clue you don't have to tell
03:30me that i know most of the times i don't let's open up what i now assume to be the back tentacles
03:35of the body and yeah that's what it is so we have a little peg right here and then i would assume
03:42on the back of the body he's got a little slot here so we're going to take the two and attach
03:46them together now i probably would have asked the question could they not have just molded
03:50everything as one piece but i guess it makes more sense from a molding standpoint plus two you can
03:55then advertise in the box that there are two surprises instead of just the one even though really
04:00the second the second surprise is more just an accessory that's going to go with the figure
04:04there's no posability on this figure it's generally made of a very rubbery kind of plastic the details
04:10look certainly good though for vecna i don't know why i just don't love vecna i know i generally like
04:16the demogorgons i think they're pretty cool creatures vecna felt for me at least a little
04:20underwhelming like it was just some guy walking around in a suit wait what do you mean it was some
04:25guy in a suit okay yeah okay i know it was a guy just in a suit but i don't know vecna just
04:29didn't seem as interesting to me does he stand he doesn't stand well so let's put that box off to
04:36the side we got ourselves again another box i picked up three of these that usually i always pick up
04:40three boxes in just in the off chance that i give myself a double what's the chances i say that now
04:46what's the chance i'm going to get myself three of the exact same one i'm going to continue again
04:51with mccutcheon's we're going to cut the tape here on the top if you guys have collected these let me
04:56know which characters you manage to find down below now again we have this feels this does feel
05:02different this does feel different and then we've got so this feels like it's actually a human head
05:08a little floating around human head in a body bag i mean it probably can't breathe first of all it's
05:13in a body bag second of all it's decapitated from the rest of the body are there any characters here
05:17on the checklist that have what looks to be a severed head uh oh oh maybe it maybe it is
05:24let's hope it's the demogorgon so let's open up again the first bag careful careful let this bad
05:30boy breathe ah and see exactly oh it is we did get ourselves the demogorgon if i can actually get
05:38this all out it's strange though again to be presented with a demogorgon where it has the flaps
05:42folded in because generally usually when you see a demogorgon the flaps are all folded out like a
05:47like a beautiful flower like a flower that sort of wants to devour your face again it's a very
05:52rubbery figure not nothing at all in the way of possibility i don't know i mean again like there
05:58are pegs there's a peg on the bottom of the foot was there one on vecna there was a one on the bottom
06:03of vecna as well so i suppose if you had yourself a display stand i just happen to have myself to go to
06:07a mcfarland toys display stand let's see if that fits get it all on there what are the chances that
06:14it's not even going to fit a regular display stand uh it does and it doesn't do it very well though
06:21i guess if you want to make use if you have enough of these just use yourself a mcfarland
06:25display stand and prop the figures on that okay so as for the accessory that comes included with the
06:30demogorgon what did he have it looked almost as if he's got himself like a little orb i don't know
06:37like a pod what is that somebody who's now already seen the last season of stranger things will be
06:43able to tell me i guess it's an egg is it an egg is it an egg i keep throwing the question out there
06:48nobody's giving me an answer i guess it looks so cool i mean from this side it actually looks like
06:53a xenomorph egg until you spin around the front looks like a chocolate egg that's actually kind of
06:58looks like a kinder egg and then the capsule is still inside what's inside the capsule i mean i i would
07:04have really rather if there had been a swappable head so maybe that this would have been the head
07:08but again i know this is all just one molded piece so the likelihood of swapping out with swappable
07:13heads would just be it wouldn't it wouldn't happen so we got at least a demogorgon these still don't
07:19stand very well at all does this one stand this one stands a whole lot better than vecna
07:22no vecna just if you look at the way that vecna's posed leaning really to the back and he's also got a
07:29big head too that doesn't help either let's see what we have for the last one if i could pick one if i could
07:34kind of just picture picture picture project project project i would love to get an 11 am i
07:40going to get an 11 i don't know the only way we'll know for sure is cut the final tape on the final
07:45box and opening up the flap so we have a bag an accessory obviously the accessory does feel different
07:54it does not feel like the one for vecna it clearly doesn't feel like a human rolling around human head
07:59and then we've got a regular character unknown unknown character let's open the last bag let this
08:05one again breathe oh don't let it be another vecna oh it's not strange strange we have ourselves a
08:13demogorgon but it's the variant demogorgon so while this one is like vanilla flavored this one is cherry
08:19or maybe it's like spicy cinnamon i like a spicy cinnamon candy again it leans awkwardly to the back
08:26i mean it really does prevent any ways of displaying this or standing these up because
08:30again we already know what the demogorgon's except actually no that's not true the demogorgon does not
08:35feel like it's got a floating head inside the bag it's got a completely different accessory
08:38so let's just pull this out and see exactly what it is and it is what is it it's a tree it's a branch
08:47it's a weed it's an i don't know what exactly is this supposed to be could there not have been
08:54better plastic better budget bed it benefited maybe by using a different accessory i'm just
08:59just it seems weird just that they included something that does it stand first of all on
09:03its own okay at least it does stand but just seems like such a strange accessory considering really
09:09that the the demogorgon before already had the melted kinder egg i guess i'm happy still that i got
09:15myself a demogorgon and then i got myself another demogorgon all done in cherry flavor or cherry or
09:19cinnamon and then for the other one i also got the other variant which again makes no mention
09:24where's the little pamphlet where's the pamphlet the pamphlet does have no listing no listing at all
09:29i don't think the box has it either you know no no it only it only shows really the core 10
09:35doesn't list oh here in the back one figure no no it only is just telling you that's a mystery
