Der Mercane Wide Wheel Pro im ausführlichen Test – was taugt der E-Scooter mit Dual-Motor wirklich im Alltag? Mit 2 x 500 W Nabenmotoren, Vollfederung und breiten luftlosen Reifen will er Stabilität und Fahrspaß vereinen. In der Praxis beschleunigt er in etwas über 3 Sekunden auf 24 km/h und erreicht bis zu 42 km/h Höchstgeschwindigkeit. Dank klappbarem Rahmen und 24,5 kg Gewicht ist er trotz seiner Power noch tragbar und stadttauglich.

Der Akku liefert bis zu 48 km Reichweite unter optimalen Bedingungen. Bei 82 kg Fahrergewicht sind in der Realität eher 28 km drin. Gebremst wird über kabelgebundene Scheibenbremsen, gesteuert per Daumengas und Zentraldisplay – mit Eco- und Power-Modus. Keine App, aber funktionale Ausstattung.

00:35According to the manufacturer, these are not only intended to increase control and stability,
00:40but also to provide a sporty, urban look reminiscent of typical road vehicles.
00:46Particularly practical, the tires are airless and filled with polyurethane foam,
00:50which makes them insensitive to potholes, small obstacles and road damage.
