00:00Welcome to the video from the Car Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:03Today, we're all about the exciting Lucid Gravity X concept,
00:07which is bringing a breath of fresh air to the scene as an off-road version of the electric ISUV Gravity.
00:14The study was first unveiled in a private setting at the legendary Pebble Beach
00:18before its official premiere at the concept L'Anne des Concours de Hellen's on August 17.
00:24Lucid takes the already well-known Gravity Grand Touring as its basis
00:28and transforms it into an off-road concept vehicle with a series of robust upgrades.
00:35The Gravity X features a revised chassis with increased ground clearance,
00:40a wider track and modified skirts that improve the approach angles.
00:45Ideal for demanding terrain
00:47The package is rounded off by all-terrain tires on special alloy wheels, skid plates and robust tow hooks.
00:55Visually, the matte paintwork in the color Astral Drift with striking orange accents attracts attention.
01:04The appearance is complemented by dark stealth elements and metallic design elements at the front and rear.
01:12On the roof sits an aerodynamically designed luggage rack with integrated LED lights,
01:17while engravings on the hood show topographical depictions of Bixer and Death Valley.
01:23A small but fine detail are the door sills and side skirts,
01:28which bear the geographical coordinates of Pebble Beach.
01:31A hint at the exclusive location of the unveiling,
01:34it is not yet certain whether the concept will go into series production.
01:38What is certain, however, is that the Gravity is the second model from Lucid after the Air Sedan
01:44and is already in production in the USA.
01:48Technically, the Gravity impresses with up to 828 horsepower,
01:52acceleration from 0 to 96 kilometers per hour in just 3.4 seconds
01:57and a maximum range of over 700 kilometers.
02:00The SUV is optionally available with seven seats,
02:06making it not only sporty but also suitable for families.
02:10The exterior dimensions are generously dimensioned.
02:13The length, width and height are approximately 5 meters,
02:162 meters and 1.8 meters, with a wheelbase of around 3 meters.
02:21The Gravity X will be presented to the European public for the first time in September
02:26at the Ea Mobility in Munich before it finds its way onto the German market.
02:31The price for the Gravity Grand Touring is currently around 130,000 euros.
02:36This figure is likely to be significantly higher for the off-road version.
02:40However, precise details are still pending.
